Well, I know what it does. The point is, the graphs show it was not using all the resources available. (Read: the other 40% of my CPU)

Well it's been worked out already, I'm not that dumb (come on)
I was just saying, for some reason that some people might want to look into is that it wasn't using all the processor, that's all.

Please reread LordVadors post:

2 divided by 4 is 0.5, or 50%. Your cpu load should be a bit higher than that when dolphin is "maxing out".
