UPDATE: 3 people replied to me via PM and I have more than enough information to forward to my NV contact. Thanks to biniou24, Capzor and coggy9 for their help
Hey everyone,
You might have come across the "Failed to enumerate outputs" issue when using our Direct3D(11) backend on nvidia Optimus setups - http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/iss...il?id=5965 . I'm in contact with an NV engineer about the issue, but we really need further information about it. Some users have reported the issue to be fixed, when adjusting some settings in the NV control panel. That means by adjusting some settings in the NV control it should also be possible to reproduce the issue. However, it seems like this is not possible for all setups.
So: If you are an Optimus user and you know of any way to make the "Failed to enumerate outputs" show up on your system, please contact me ASAP via PM. Please do not PM me until you have verified that with some configuration the error message appears for you. Also, it's likely that I'll want to make you try a thing or two for more information. If you're not willing to do that, do not PM me either.
Best regards,
neobrain.
P.S.: Yes, I know that there is a similar thread by delroth. It yielded no useful information, so I'm trying again.
