Need RVZ CLI converter (that doesn't need a GUI)

I run ubuntu headless with no GUI and it's a remote machine so I rather not setup x11 for the simple task of updating my ISOs to RVZ.

Please make this a priority, I searched and seen it asked several times since RVZ was released last year.

Or can someone whip me up a ubuntu 20.04 build that doesn't require x11, gtk+ at all? I tried the docker container I found but doesn't work without x11 either....

I think this should also be made for all other OS as well. This could be useful for those who need to convert different sets of files without needing to add them to the Dolphin Library first. Also means it would be usable for scripting, like Bash or Powershell. In fact, I'm hoping this can be expanded to also include scripted Verification processes, so someone can verify any RVZ file against a Redump dat file they have downloaded to computer, as opposed to having to always grab the information off of Redump, which in that case would make verifying Wii games impossible without a downloaded dat.
