Ok so i recently decided to get rid of the fans and get a water cooling system (never used water cooling before so bear with me(i just want a standard, radiator > reservoir > pump > water block and looping back configuration for now. i may go further and have a chipset & graphics card block when i next upgrade my card)).

So now here is the problem I've been looking at kits (one which comes with everything) and they all tend to have 120mm radiators and fans which unfortunately my case does not have a 120mm slot on the rear (only on front but a radiator and fan would not fit, i doubt i could get at the fan itself anyway + i don't want to be blowing hot air in through the front), below is a quick diagram of my current setup.

current heatsink can be found here

so i decided to have a go at choosing the components myself, (below are the ones i choose, using 3/8" hose connectors and tubes, i'm going to link you to the shops but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to so if its against the rules just tell me to take them down Smile )

Water Block
Radiator
Pump/Reservoir
Coolant

So if anyone has any suggestions on something better (or if i've made a mistake), for around the same prices as these, i'd really appreciate the help.

Also i know the pump isn't exactly powerful, and i have taken this into account (found a separate reservoir, but it means I'd need to find a separate pump for around the same price as the reservoir/pump combination), so any tips, suggestions, corrections, and just general help would be much appreciated as i don't want to waste around £100 on something which will be useless.

ive never had any contact with water cooling before but all i can say is that the following pc (see attached image) was using the same coolant as you except that it wouldn't cause short circuit when it would leek Tongue

and as said before, all i can say is this

now if you'll excuse me, i got to buy some primer paint before the shops close XD

No offence but are U trying to tell us that U are going to mount water cooling on such crap as:
Quote:CPU: Intel Dual Core 2 E2140 (64-bit) Overclocked to 2.6GHz
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT 1024mb
Memory: 4GB DDR2 RAM (clock speed unknown atm, system board overclocks automatically for me Tongue)
HDD: 500GB SATAII
Dude, for the money buy some good hardware first and if something will left then eventually think about water cooling.

lol when your planning on putting a quad in and then overclocking then i could do with the cooling + 4 fans & heatsink fan is so noisy,

I read what you posted and figured you might not know about rad boxes.

http://www.swiftnets.com/products/MCB-120.asp

If you only have a 80mm rear exhaust fan you can use one of these to place a 120mm radiator externally. Other than that you are on the right path.

Perhaps the OP wants to overclock his 'crap' even further?
