Need help with the Dolphin emulator version 5.0.

I get 60 fps with Mario kart, Mario Party and Starfox Assault.

I get 25 fps with Mario Sunshine, Pikmin, Pokemon Colosseum and Skies of Arcadia,

I have an i7 10700k, RTX 3080, 32gb 3600 ram.

How can I improve my FPS?

Games will try to run at their intended framerate. Assuming the 25 fps games are PAL, they are running fullspeed. You can get them up to 30 if the game supports pal60 (usually holding b on startup AFAIK).
