Need help with settings!!

I am new to this so bare with me please!

I just got the new version of Dolphin and hoped it would work on my laptop!! I downloaded Paper Mario and it runs smoothly in the intro and on certain parts of the games (around 50-60 FPS) In some areas like Rogueport or The Boogly Forest, the FPS drops to a crappy 20 FPS. Also the Music is pretty messed up. Very distorted and slowed down. Can someone help me with this issue?

GPU: Intel HD Graphics
RAM: 2GB
