Need help with PC parts for the emulator

Greetings, everyone!

I'm planning to purchase a PC real soon but I don't know which ones are the best that could let me run this emulator (or with the PS2 emulator) at a great speed. Probably, the games I want to play in this emulator are the Zelda games and Okami then pretty much the rest are on the GC games such as MGS: TTS and Zelda Wind Waker.

Problem is, I have only a limited option on purchasing some parts and I'm not even sure if it's worth the investment (as I'm hoping this PC built is going to last me for a long time). Can anyone please help me figure out which are the best processor, mainboard, and graphics card for this emulator to work?

I live in the Philippines and those are the only options that I have, which I acquired from our local computer shop's price list. I also marked the ones I am going to get for the processor and video card, but I'm not sure if they are good enough for this emulator with the games I plan on playing with it in the future. Could anyone help me which mainboard is best out of those options that suits the processor that I chose? Huh

Also, is it possible to play the emulator without overclocking? I'm still paranoid and worried how it might mess up my system and I don't want to risk it since this is going to be a huge investment on my part.

Thanks everyone and I would really appreciate the help! Big Grin

Get the Palit DDR5.
1 GB of ddr5 is much faster.

I'd recommend the i3 2120 instead if you aren't going to be overclocking.

None of those are overclockable, sadly.

Thanks! Are you referring to the Palit GT630 then for the video card?
As for the I3 2120, is that better than the I5 2500? Also, can you suggest what the mainboard that is suitable for these??

Thanks again!

I am referring to the GTS 450, and the i5 2500 is much better than the i3 2120, but you never gave me prices or a budget.
I recommend the ASUS P8H61-M LE.

Can you buy online?

Sorry about that, I figured that I shouldn't add the prices since I was expecting that most people won't bother in it anyway. Blush As for the budget, I have around 26,000 but it does not include the hard drive, the keyboard and mouse, and the monitor.

I already attached the complete price list (in pdf). I also compared the prices on the website you shared (thanks for that!) but it seems more expensive there. I also can't buy online because I have no credit card, and this shop is also the best one we have in our city. Sad

Don't forget the i5 3570K. If it's roughly the same price as an i5 2500K in your area, it's definitely worth it to go Ivy.

H61 motherboards don't support Ivy Bridge Processors.
That store also doesn't sell Unlocked processors.
The best deal would be the i5 2500, considering these facts.
