Need help with Monster Hunter Tri

I was trying to play it with version 3.0 but was disappointed with the low frame rates, so I did some reading and found that 5192 is the best revision to use for the Monster Hunter Tri I have, BUT it doesn't have the no bloom patch built in, so how do I add it?
