I've been trying for the last couple hours to get the Wind Waker working with Dolphin. I've tried running in the lowest settings possible, but no matter what I try I can't stop averaging 15 FPS. I have extensively looked through the low fps solutions given here, but none of them seem to work.

My specs are:
i5 Sandy Bridge 2500k at 3.3 gHrz
GTX 470
8 GBs of RAM
I am running Dolphin release 3.0.

So, as you can see, I have more than enough resources to spare. Any and all help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The revision is the official 3.0 release. No revisions from the one released 1 years and 2 months.

settings are okay. Can you check your CPU temperatures with CoreTemp? Maybe your CPU is overheating while you're playing with Dolphin.

Select EFB to RAM and check "Enable cache". Should help a bit with performance.

Turned off FPS limiting, enabled cacheing, my CPU is not overheating.

Did you try a clean install of Dolphin?
