Need Help With Emulated Wiimote motion controls

I don't know for sure but I think it's got to do with the tilt section of the Wiimote settings. On your right, next to the IR settings, the third column. Try setting for example NUMPADS for up, left, down and right (8, 2, 4, 6). See if that helps.
