Need Help With A Patch File Plz!

Can someone help me with this problem.
It isn't much work really prly but I started a Translation Project and I need help with the patcher and I thought you experts can help me =)

1. I want the patch to download the updates from here instead:

Is this possible? I just need to change that one thing.
