Do you have an actual physical nunchuk? If so, just plug it in before booting a game. If you don't have a physical nunchuk, choose Hybrid Wiimote instead of Real Wiimote, then configure the Nunchuk by setting it as an Extension.

You are not using the latest or official builds. Download Dolphin from http://dolphin-emu.org/download from now on.

Is it a first-party Wiimote and Nunchuck (made and sold by Nintendo)? If not, that could be an issue.

If you are using first-party hardware, can you get it to work with Hybrid Wiimote instead of Real Wiimote? If Dolphin emulates the Nunchuk while you use a physical Wiimote, I wouldn't expect a game to give you any errors.

hmm,
i think it is a original wiimote and nunchuk but i don't know.
there are no nintendo signs on the wiimote/nunchuck.
the wiimote works perfect.
is it possible to connect the nunchuck with bluetooth dongle?
or i must configure the nunchuck in the options?

You don't need to (and you can't directly). It works via your Wiimote. So if your Wiimote is connected your Nunchuk is too.

Only if you're using an emulated Nunchuk

You should buy another Wiimote.
The problem probably comes from your Wiimote that's very likely to be a 3rd party one.

Btw which game(s) are you trying to play?

in silent hill the screen shows your wiimote has been disconnected.
maybe i should buy both wiimote and nunchuk from nintendo.

You can. But you should just buy an original Wiimote first (sometimes official Wiimote + 3rd party Nunchuk work together). If you still got troubles then buy an original Nunchuk.
Of course whole official stuff is the best deal to avoid any issue
