[Need Help]Recurring Texture Bug with Water

Does anyone know what might be causing this water texture bug?

It's been bugging me to no end.

It happens in both Twilight Princess and Mario Sunshine.

Using the current Mac dev build. Tried previous and stable builds with no luck.

All help appreciated

Using Boot Camp to play the game in Windows is the only known solution at the moment...

I could give a variety of answers that would likely be offensive to Apple fans but the short answer is no.
