i bought a retrolink usb gamecube controller and it doesn't seem to work on my mac. Please help me what do i do!

Retrolink adapters are driver based, you need to find a driver for your mac version or contact them. Next time do yourself a favor and buy a non diver based adapter

Post your controller settings as a screenshot so we can see what's going on.

I downloaded something called "GamePad Companion" and it seems to let the controller work the problem now is that the c stick won't go left and right and when i open up the emulator i have to re do the settings
