Need help picking out a laptop for dolphin

So, would this desktop http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AZ428N8/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1385717381&sr=8-1&pi=SX200 be more powerful and better for my buck then the laptop's?

And I say OOT on GC because that's where I I originally played it, on the Zelda collection game.
