the OC options on my bios are disable greyed out... anyone know how to OC the i5 4440 ? my mobo is h81 plus

Neither your CPU nor your mobo support overclocking . You should do some researches before you bought components
Only Zxx/Pxx (Z87 for example) and "K" CPU (i5 4670k for example)support overclocking
