Is there a guide for this anywhere?
I downloaded this and installed it, but it didn't seem to work.
My exact process was as follows:
-plugged in adapter (D-Link DBT-120, which is supposed to work)
-let Windows install default drivers
-ran the .exe from the link
At this point it extracted its files and asked if I would like to install them. I said yes and the program closed with no confirmation.
Eventually, the bluetooth adapter reverted to its default drivers, I think. Performance is still just as shoddy as it was on the default bluetooth stack.
Did it install correctly? I'm completely baffled, because all tutorials I've seen look completely different but the link I used was recommended to me by others on this forum.
I have no entries containing even just 'toshiba' in C:\Windows\Program Files, C:\Windows\Program Files(x86), or in the control panel's program list, despite the installer saying it was extracting to a folder in one of the two Program Files folders.
All help appreciated ?????
