I'm guessing banner means like cover art, and there's a folder in the E Drive that has cover art. The banner and the cover art are two different things. To make the banner show up for a Wii game in Dolphin, create a save file for that game. To make cover art show up in Dolphin, switch to Grid View (in the View menu) and make sure that the "Download Game Covers from GameTDB.com for Use in Grid Mode" setting (in the Interface tab of the config window) is turned on, and Dolphin will download cover art for you. 12-23-2019, 02:26 AM
Also, what about the graphics side of things?
I've found an "Enhancements" Tab in the Graphics Panel, it has a list of Post Processing effects. Are there any examples/ screenshots of these? Sorry for all the questions, this is new to me . : / 12-23-2019, 02:26 AM

Is there any way to have them be shown in List view? Or can it only be in grid view? 12-23-2019, 02:30 AM

The post processing effects that are included with Dolphin are honestly not very useful for anything (except maybe FXAA?) The list view always shows banners, and the grid view always shows cover art. This is inherent to how the two views work. 12-23-2019, 02:32 AM

I'll try loading up a game. I've set the resolution to 1920X1584, I don't know what else to do to make it look nicer. Sorry for all the questions, I hope I wasn't a nuisance. I'm about to play a game I haven't played in probably about 8-10 years, wow! I see it says you're a developer, thanks for making this thing possible. 12-23-2019, 02:45 AM

Actually, one final thing: controllers: It's funny, along with the power adapter for the Wii, I can't find the controllers for it, either. So will a keyboard and mouse work by default with Dolphin? And will it detect my mouse as the cursor? |
