Need help, Dolphin won't open i get an error message.

Recently i began playing ssbm and project m over netplay using dolphin. Everything was going fine until after about three days of playing when I couldn't open dolphin. I was prompted with an error message about dinput8.dll and how it is not designed to run or contains an error...(full message attached). Now I am not able to run dolphin because I get the same message every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Dolphin as well as restarted my computer but that did not work. Any help would be appreciated, Thankyou!!!
