I just downloaded the newest version of Dolphin and when I try to open it I get an error that says: "The program can't start because OpenAL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." After some online research I've tried a few things to solve it. I've updated my video card drivers, I've scanned my computer with my antivirus, and I've re-downloaded Dolphin several times. I have no idea why this error exists when Dolphin's folder includes OpenAL32.dll and I doubt they include a file that's corrupted. Can someone please help me? I really want to use this program.

Did you unpack the whole folder and start it from there? You should only get this error if you only extract the .exe file or if you try to run Dolphin while it is still zipped.

The OpenAL32.dll file is not included anymore. Here's the download link from Creative Labs (use the Windows Installer):
