need help building Dolphin PC Rig

Hello, i'm planing to build a new rig mostly for dolphin. My budget is around 500 - 550 euro but i would like it even cheaper if possible..
So these are the parts i picked for the build:

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core G3258 3.2GHz box
GPU: MSI Radeon R7 265 OC 2GB DDR5 256-bit (or 750 TI)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97M Anniversary
RAM: ADATA Performance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL11 retail
CASE: Cooler Master N200 (Model: NSE-200-KKN1) ( i would like to have a small form factor pc )
Cooler: CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Hard disk: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA-III
Power supply: Aerocool KCAS 500W

this all would be around 530 euros

The games i would like to run mainly are Mario Galaxy 1, 2 LOZ TP, LOZ Skyward sword, Punchout, Fzero GX, Melee, Kirby's return to dreamland... just to name a few
I want all the games or rather most games to run at full speed without any issues and at 1080P (3X ir?) if possible in this budget.

So what do you think about this build, can it run dolphin well? should i change something or not? any advice would be appreciated!

When overclocked to about 4.4-4.7 Ghz the only thing faster is an i5/i7-4X90K overclocked to around the same level. You should be able to handle anything thrown at you on the latest dev builds.

You may want to go up to at least 6 GB of RAM, just for outside of Dolphin stuff.

As for the graphical enhancements, I'm not sure where the R7 265 stands, but the GTX 750 Ti will do 3x IR

thx for the reply, the Radeon R7 265 get's around ~5- 6 more fps in pc game benchmarks then the 750 Ti and is around the same price, i do plan to upgrade to 8GB RAM in near future i go with 4 gb ram for budget reasons.
As for the graphical enhancements i have a 1080P dell ips monitor so everything more then 3x IR cant be display'd on it i guess. i want those sharp and crisp HD graphics if the GTX 750 TI can handle that with no problem then ill go with that.
What do you think about the CPU cooler is it necessary? or should i just keep the stock cooler?

When Dolphin is rendered at higher than native resolution, it gets downsampled to your monitor resolution you're at (has a similar affect to AA, can't remember which has more of a performance hit)

After looking into the GPUs, the R7 265 has a higher memory bandwidth than the GTX 750 Ti, which if I remember properly, is better for Dolphin upscaling. So that's what I would go with, but be warned of you ever want to use Linux, because AMD drivers are bad.

The stock Intel cooler is fine for the G3258, even overclocked. But if you ever plan on getting a K version of the i5/i7, then you will need a new cooler. So check and see if you can fit the Intel cooler in you're case. If you can, then I would say forget about the cooler for now, save some money (maybe put it towards a better GPU?)

What would be a good gpu for dophin without breaking the bank too much?

I recommend the GTX 760, since the R9 270 and 270X (next steps up for AMD line) don't bring enough of an improvement over the R7 265 to justify them.
