Need Help

I own the base 5.0 version of Dolphin Emulator and 5.0-13605. Both have issues. Whenever I load 5.0, some aspects of a game lag terribly (for example Mario Kart Double Dash Special Cup) but when I go onto 5.0-13605 I get this weird 3D glitchy effect (think of watching a 3D movie without 3D glasses). Does anyone know how to help? Thank you.

For 5.0-13605, make sure Graphics > Enhancements > Stereoscopic 3D Mode is set to Off.
