Need help

ok I was using dolphin on my pc before, but now I got a new laptop and went to use it on it today but it won't work, and i really need help if someone can help me.

When i go to play a game it says these things
Can't init any PAD plugins
Couldn't init the core

Now I'm not that great with computers so I don't know how to fix this but if someone can help me I'll be very thank full, here is whats on my laptop.

AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual-Core QL-65
2.10 GHz Performance Rated at 5.35 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 Series
DirectX 10.0
3.0 Gb Ram
Windows Vista Home Premium

You have to update the DirectX plugin ( even If you have the DX9 , DX10 or DX 15)

I did this there and it still doesn't work the errors that I said about are still coming up, ahhh what am I doing wrong, what verison of dolphin do I have to use, please help.

ok I now can pick a pad thing so the plugins errors aren't coming up, but now all I'm gettin is a black screen with nothing loading up on it. Please help me

what game are u trying to play? are your gfx card drivers up-to-date?

well ive been tryin to play baten katios and fire emblem on it, like they work on my pc at home but not on my laptop its annoying
