Hi, I know this isn't the place for feature requests but I thought I would get better answers here in the Android section.

I have a nVidia Shield and I already have a usb sensor bar I used on my pc. Since I would prefer not to buy the Dolphinbar I wanted to ask if there is any chance that native Wiimote pairing would come to the Android version of Dolphin.

If not, why? Are there any limitations in the bluetooth pairing with android?

It's impossible due to limitations in the Android Bluetooth stack.
