Hello guys, just asking

What's the best for performance & quality ?

I got a laptop with a 1366*768 definition

I'm asking, is it better to choose Auto (so it's 1366*768) or 1.5X native (960*792) ?

What's the best for perfomance ?

What's the best for visual quality ?

Thanks in advance

Why not use IR x4?
You should not have trouble climbing resolution other than having a good laptop ...

But I got an i7 & a GTX660M...

Also, I got cracky sound on SSBB with Auto IR or 1.5 IR

Tried HLE, LLE, Dsound, Xaudio2, tried mix of thems, still the same

Try 3xIR. If that's still too slow, 2xIR.

By the way, if you've also got SSAA or MSAA on, then turn them off.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

I'm already using :
D3D9
AA disabled
1.5 IR
anystotropic filter X1

SSBB still have some sounds problems, but the game run at perfect 100%

I want to have a perfect SSBB emulation, because I play it competitively with friends Sad

I will try with a more recent dolphin version (i'm currently using dolphin-master-3.5-1282-x64)

Here's the link : http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013/17/1366979428-all.png

(can't upload moar than 500ko)

I don't understand why but, HIGHER is the IR, LOWER is the CPU load.
(is it "turbo mode" ??)

btw, my i7 is a 3630QM (last gen)

The CPU temperature is high, the problem here does not have a very fresh atmosphere where you play?
I understand you want to lower the load, the only option is to disable dual core but I no guarantee you get full speed, if so I'm happy for you.

I've tried to force the fan speed to 100% but

- There's no options in the BIOS
- SpeedFan can't detect my fans Sad

I don't want to lower the load, because, higher is the load, better is the emulation, isn't it ?
