Sonic Heroes is almost unplayable despite being ranked as 'Perfect' (5 stars)

These extremely annoying bugs are present even in the latest SVN revisions:

A large part of the text is missing:

Black patches, moving texture discolorations and extreme flickering of textures:

r5186 doesn't have the texture problems, but it has the nasty 'eaten text' bug.

Is this regression ever going to be fixed ?

P.S. And it freezes with a black screen when using JITIL64.

... Would you mind telling us your config, especially what video plugin you were using?

Direct3D9 plugin (all settings at default, except EFB Scale set to 1x), ATI graphics with the latest stable drivers (Catalyst 10.6), Phenom II CPU, Win7 x64.

UPDATE: It occurs with all three graphics plugins (D3D9, D3D11 and OGL). So, it's most likely a core issue.
