Naruto Shippudden Clash of Ninja 3 (how to activate)

Hello...
I play Naruto Shippudden Clash of Ninja Revo 3 with Dolphin...
And i want to activate the Sharingan of Kakashi

This is what shoud i do:
To activate the Sharingan hold the joy stick down and Press down on the d-pad, then build up your Chakra then just press down on the d-pad again,but hold it for a couple of seconds, you dont need to be near him for it to work.

But i try...but doesnt work
i think the problem is at "hold the joy stick down"
how i do this?

for activating sharingan press Left (in you are standing on the left side) or press right if youre standing on the right side. at the same time press the special button... this will activate sharingan.
and if the special is full again, you only need to press the special button, without any direction on the digital pad, then you use mangekyou sharingan.
