all you have to do to remove the black Textures on this game is

GFX PLUGIN:
1-general: auto scale remover (on)
2-Advanced: disable destination alpha pass

on the properties of the iso :
enabel dual core
enable ide skipping

NOTE : it will maybe show up a little black Textures
