nand dumping question

Okay so I while ago i transferred all my Wii save and purchases to the wii u. I still have my original wii with gamecube support(this is how i dumped the GC game and saves) but usually use the wii u for wii game. So of course the wiiu virtual wii mode is setup for homebrew(wii u is also setup for wiiu which I did a full nand dump earlier). Is there any issue with using the virtual wii nand over the original wii? I don't know if there is except maybe GC support in the wiiu virtual wii nand which shouldn't affect things. I aware that likely will have to use the virtual wii for the dump.
