NAND dump wads?

Hello i recently got the wii system menu working on dolphin 3.5-2359 and i dont have any channels. I have my wii's unique encryption key and that other file i forget the name of now. How to I get say mii maker to show up in dolphin. all i currently have is the disk channel. I looked through some older threads that mentioned when you copy channels onto sd card from wii it is missing some files so i did not try that. I also looked at wad converters for .bin files but i dont know what bin files would be the channels.

You can get mii channel etc from a game disc in the update partition. (Partition 0).
