So soon after I dump my NAND from my Wii 4.3U and go to install it onto the latest dolphin dev build, I get this window asking for the OTP/SEEPROM file, but the dump from Bootmii only gave me the NAND and Key files. What am I supposed to select to continue the install to get the Wii Shop working or at least most other functions working?

The key file is the OPT/SEEPROM file.

For sure, now that is all good. But now I am having another issue. I keep getting error 204704 when I try to download DLC on Rock Band. Not entirely sure why that is happening.

If you haven't restarted Dolphin since you imported the NAND+key dump, make sure to do that. I'm not sure if this will fix that specific error code, but you'll need to do it regardless.

Should or could I go back to using 5.0 now that I got the NAND dump inside already?

It's possible to go back to 5.0 if you want to, but I don't see why 5.0 would be better to use than a recent version.
