Mysterious dialog box pops up when I complete Super Mario Galaxy

Hi, I was about to read the "Congatulations letter" you get at the end of the game when an empty dialog box popped up. The title is "Question" but there is nothing inside it. why is that dialog box here and how do I get out of it, I mean I can't close it.
