MySims Kingdom Constant 120% Problem

Now, I have been trying to figure this out for about an hour now, and I can't seem to figure out why MySims Kingdom is constantly running at 120%....does anybody know or have any possible solutions to this? If any further evidence is required, I'll try to provide it.

No its actually not, its on 60. Should I have it on auto?

Yes you should, the game is probably made to run at 50 FPS.
