My wiimote New 2in1 is not recognized by bluetooth

Hi ! Here is my problem. I bought 2 controllers New 2in1 and when I try to sync them with the pc they don't appear. I tried with several bluetooths and with Bluesoleil, Widcomm and Toshiba stack. I am running Win 7 32 bits. I tried with Win Xp and Ubuntu 12.04 too. Any solutions ? Thanks all !
