You should probably try using a more recent version of Dolphin. 5.0 is over 4 years old at this point and has a bunch of known issues that have since been fixed. Check out these instructions on compiling Dolphin from the latest source code. Once you have a newer version of Dolphin running, see if you still get Wiimote disconnects.

The instructions are in the link I provided earlier -> https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/wiki/Building-for-Linux

Follow the steps starting at Other Debian based.... That whole highlighted part with:

Code:
sudo apt install ...

is meant to be copy+pasted into your terminal/command line. That's the command for pulling all the necessary packages used to build Dolphin on Debian and Debian variants of Linux (I believe you're using Debian, based on one of your earlier duplicate posts).

After that, follow all the steps from Checkout Dolphin and Global Build. Remember, all of those highlighted parts are supposed to be typed or copy+pasted into a terminal/command line.

If you get any errors at any of those steps, you can paste the whole log here and we'll try to troubleshoot anything that went wrong.
