If you want.. I can help you with this... I understand somethings in C++

It would be cool if you set it to tray bar with a icon like one of these and it says in a baloon when the wiimote is connected or disconnected

Yes, I sort of implemented it, it's implemented since: http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/source/detail?r=5413
However if you want to use your autopair console thing, keep the extended pair up checkbox unchecked so both wont interfer. The wiimote which got paired up by your tool will still get automatically connected to dolphin (but not activated directly, you will still need to use ALT+F5/F6/F7/F8, I will change this later), if you check the extended pair up box, you dont need to your tool, you just need to press 1+2 on your wiimote while gaming or having the wiimote dialog open, it will rumble as soon it got paired and connected.

Ahh yes, the autopair of dolphin works really fine... but explain one thing to me..

Every time that I want to pair with dolphin, for the firt time, I need go to the wiimote plugin and click on the Pair Up buttom?

Or just press the 1+2 buttons on the main window of Dolphin?

It would be very nice if it´s in that way, a Icon of a wiimote appears on the footer of the main window saying that it´s "Pairing" and "1, 2, 3 wiimotes connected"

It would be less confused to the "noob" ones

You guys know the 4 little blue led indicators that tells you which player youre connected as ? In the bottom right corner of dolphin it should have that indicating how many wiimotes are connected.
