My dolphinbar works fine with multiple controllers on Windows but I only have official wiimotes. Have you considered that Blue might be experiencing, for whatever reason, more interference than green? Could you try to isolate a bit better the dolphin bar from any interference sources such as PC or monitor/TV and see if it works better? Also try disabling Windows bluetooth if you have it since they share the same band as dolphinbar.
