My problem when compiling , nid ur help

well, the title says it, im using tortoiseSVN, as when im updating it ask for authentication for this address :

http://dolphin-emu-translation.googlecode.com:80
http://dolphin-cheats-database.googlecode.com:80
http://dolphin-shaders-database.googlecode.com:80

or it ask me to log in of that address, should i juz let it go and cancel it? or must i registered somewhere?

another thing is im still using windows visual basic 2008 pro, after update the source...and..i stuck, should i buy a 2010 version?

edit: ive search for a while and now dolphin use git? so tortoiseSVN is no longer needed?
