There really aren't any speedhacks that can be applied that aren't already present. They aren't going to provide enough difference to boost this CPU though. I think that future versions will continue to focus on optimizations, but I'll let a dev speak about that.

We have HLE audio and dual core etc. According to Delroth (ex developer), these are speedhacks, as they're less accurate in terms of documenting what the hardware actually does than not having them on.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X

GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Thanks for clearing things up. Would you also not mind telling me the best PC specs so that all compatible games work at good speed (like No More Heroes and other more requiered games)
PC Specs:
Windows 10 x64
Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
GeForce GTX 1080 8GB
16GB RAM

Dolphin Version:
Dolphin 5.0

I'm not familiar with that title specifically, but in general the best specs are an i5-4670K, Z87 chipset motherboard, aftermarket CPU cooler, and as aggressive an overclock as your rig can do. Graphics-wise, it really just depends on the IR that you wish to attain. The HD4600 onchip with the i5-4670 actually does about 1.5xIR. I suggest a 650 Ti or better for 4xIR with AA.

Another "speed hack" would be enabling "Skip CPU EFB Access", "Ignore format changes" and disabling EFB Copies, but these two settings breaks graphics with many games, and it may be the same for Wrath of Cortex.

You could also try the VBeam trick, but again, none of these options are granted to provide speedup and may break game emulation...
