No, because those are two seperate components.
Your computer will have a slot on the motherboard for a dedicated graphics card, which would then take over from your integrated one, assuming you plug the display cable into it. Your old one will still be thete as it's integrated, it just won't be used.
It should effect the RAM, but you may end up with slightly more free RAM as you won't have to share RAM with the GPU.
