PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/anpn
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/anpn/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/anpn/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus P8H61-I (REV 3.0) Mini ITX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

My build at the moment, I think the intel hd 4000 is enough to run dolphin and the cpu is good so I can probably run most Wii games... right?

Some feedback would be nice Smile

You'll be okay at low graphic settings, like 1x internal resolution and no AA, but you'll want a decent video card at some point.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Get a Z68/Z77 motherboard. You cannot overclock with the H61.
You might want to read up in this thread about the issues with using the IGP.

No attention do not use the z77-ud3x if you want to overclock a decent clock (4.5+) on w/e CPU cooler. Overclocks until 4.5 are fine tho. But the chance of getting a nice Ivy Bridge cheap that runs cool is pretty high (latest revisions run cooler is my experience).

Why i say this. The ud3x has 4phases to the CPU.
An asrock z77 extreme4 for example has 8+4 phases.

Phase design is essential for the life of your chip (delivering fresh filtered power) aswell as more power. Do not skimp on the motherboard if you do plan to overclock and want a decent lifetime on your CPU.

H61 chipset is ''not enough'' for that chip if you want to unlock full potential. Use it only if you're NOT overclocking if you're not overclocking just get the i5 3450 and save 50$. iGPU shares resources with CPU so you're cpu is gonna get bottlenecked. The reason the hd3000 was better in dolphin is because it used less cpu resources.

Also it's kind of a good idea to, if you're on a budget, use the HD 4000 for now and save a few months and get a beefy gpu (560 ti or 6950).
