I'm so excited, i clicked order and it will be here within the week, i went for an alienware laptop, i pretty much bought the best one i could see and bunged it on credit!

Last time i bought a laptop i thought the specs were good but it turned out the graphics card was "not for games" and i wondered what the point of that was then!

and this is the spec:

CPU Intel® CoreTM i7-2720QM 2.20GHz
GPU 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M
OS: Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Ram: 6GB DDR3 1333MHz
HDD 640GB3 - 5,400RPM

There were some better ones but i cant afford anymore than this.

do you think dolphin will run well on this pc?

Nope,GTX 460M is the strongest graphic card for gaming. With turbo boost ,the 2nd generation i7-2720QM can up to 3.3ghz (overkill for most game)
But 6 cell battery only play dolphin 30min - 1 hour

It should run dolphin extremely well.

The laptops I've handled before can get quite hot to touch after long periods of use, so just make sure take breaks. I'm not an avid user so I can't recommend a cooling pad since I don't know how effective they are.

you as SO going to hate the battery life on that thing. But other than that, it will play dolphin and all other pc games to come with ease.
