My Memory Card appears to be corrupted...

Dolphin emulator: Corrupted Memory Card. Please, help me?
I was playing Fire Emblem Path of Radiance really normally before yesterday, I saved the game, I closed the emulator, then I later re-opened it. It said the Memory Card was corrupted, that I needed to formatted it, but that would result in deleting my saved game.

Now I kept that .raw file just in case, I started a new file in my game too, can you help me with a solution please?
Please, if possible...without deleting my previous file, I could save normally last time. The .raw file also has 0 bytes in size for some reason
