The temps shouldnt matter because CPU-Z is still showing 2.9GHz while I am playing dolphin. No AA enabled. Running version 766

http://i46.tinypic.com/aafae9.jpg Theres my settings No AA version 766 CPU-Z showing 2.9GHz

You can see LLE enabled on those settings... but even when I switched to HLE it didnt make a difference
