My hardware/game speed

I was wondering if my hardware is up to date for speed because im running Pokemon XD on Dolphin 4.0.2 x86 and the FPS is 10-15, VPS is 25-30 and around 50%
If anyone could let me know/help me speed it up that would be awesome Smile
