My hardware/game speed

I was wondering if my hardware is up to date for speed because im running Pokemon XD on Dolphin 4.0.2 x86 and the FPS is 10-15, VPS is 25-30 and around 50%
If anyone could let me know/help me speed it up that would be awesome

Well, your CPU isn't bad, but it's not great either.
Grab the latest dev build from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ as it is faster and more stable than 4.0.2.
