My hardware for Mario Kart sufficient?

Hi,

before i m going to buy mario kart and a sensor bar so on i want to know if my hardware is Wii for Mario Kart sufficient?

CPU: Intel Core i3 - 530
RAM: 4 Gbyte 1333
Grafic: Nvidia 240 GT
Harddisk: 64 Gbyte SSD

yes, but i think you have to disable hyper threading, and you don't need a sensor bar for mario kart wii btw.
the game is fully playable with the keyboard too.
My Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 940 3.0ghz - w7/Ubuntu 11.04

Yes i know: But i want to play it with a windows 360 controller. Is that possible

Why i have to disable: hyper threading?

if you want to play with the 360 controller why did you wanna buy a sensor bar?

and about the hyper threading, you need to disable it otherwise dolphin will use 2 threads (one core) instead of 2 actual cores.

The hardware is sufficient. And you can use the x360 controller as an emulated classic controller and play with the analog stick etc.

By the way, does the real classic controller have rumble ?

Hyperthreading is not Virtualisation ?
Because with my e6750 I have the virtualisation, do I have to disable it ? How can I know if I have only one core used ? Smile

These are 2 different things. And your cpu doesn't have hyperthreading, it's a normal dual-core, so just have dual core enabled in the options.
