I'm aware that there are issues with passthrough compatibility with certain bluetooth adapters. Here's some of my own.

Card: ASUS PCE-AC55BT, AC 1200 Wireless-Adapater.

It works great for the most part, but there's definitely something not quite right with bluetooth passthrough. It works 100% about 70% of the time. During the 30% of the time that it's not working,
the adapter will only register inputs for about a half a second, and stop for another half second, continually. This leads to choppy aiming, buttons only registering if I rapidly mash them, etc.
However, during this time it seems as though the analog stick inputs are registered just fine, but not the buttons on the Wiimote itself, or anything related to motion controls, or the sensor bar.

This happens seemingly randomly, and will fix itself within maybe 30 seconds. It renders Resident Evil 4 unplayable, forcing me to use the bluetooth adapter emulation, which seems to work 100% no matter what.
I've also tested it in Metroid Prime Trilogy, and I think there's something wrong with the driver because it causes the emulator to crash when loading into one of the three titles, but this does not happen if I use the standard driver with dolphin's adapter emulation.

I'll test my other few games soon and see if I get similar results to resident evil.

Just for the fun of it, I decided to test out the other drivers that Zadig has available.
I was able to get bluetooth passthrough to work 99% using the libusb-win32 driver as opposed to libusbk driver.

I tried to send as much data as possible by performing actions that caused audio and vibration at the same time repeatedly and it kept up just fine.
I'll try it with two wii remotes eventually.

Just wondering, does it remember pairings of Wiimotes or does one have to pair them every single time?
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Just getting back into things...
But yeah, it remembers pairings, with both of the drivers I tested.

Where you able to find a solution other than changing drivers?
I'm having consistency issues when launching MP3 Corruption from MPT.  I use libusbk.

UPDATE:
I eventually found that my issue launching MP3 from MPT was with BT passthrough, and it was corrected by changing my BT adapter's driver from libusbK to WinUSB (also through Zadig).
