my emulator lags on resident evil zero when recording with camtasia 7

hey guys i have been trying to record resident evil zero i got 2 parts recorded and when i get up to the part where i have to use the card to stop the brakes its lags really bad with camtasia is there a way to stop the lag my settings are
operating system windows 8.1
dolphin im using dolphin 4.0 2123
processor intel ® core ™ i7-4700MQ CPU @2.40GHZ 2.40GHZ
installed memory 16 GB
system type 64 bit operating system x64 based processor
any help would would appericated is because of me running both dolphin and camtasia

Honestly, recording costs a lot. If you have a NVIDIA card, use Shadowplay, it's virtually free performance wise and higher quality.

Other option is using Dump Frames and Dump Audio options present in Dolphin. Game may lag during frame dumping but the resulting video file will be at fullspeed, you'll only need to join video and audio togheter...
