hey i have a question i am new in this forum and i jus got my new cpu this are my aspects
nvidia 9800gt
icore3
4gb ram
motherboard h61mh
my question is can i overclock my motherboard h61mh because on the dolphin emulator runs games like sonic color in 22 21 fps and i want to know if i can overclock this motherboard

Nope , that motherboard doesn't support overclocking

z68 or P67 (Gigabyte,Asus ....)
But "non k" Sandy Bridge CPU can only OC a little (15-20% at best)
So get the i5 2500k if you can

Which i3 is it ? i3 2100 , i3 2120 ?
If it's i3 2100 , you can raise the FSB to 113 in bios
3.1ghz -> 3.4ghz
